In case you do not abide by the Terms and conditions, the usage of the website must be stopped immediately.

3) Changes To Website
MaaDesigns.co.uk reserves all the rights to:

3a) Make any changes or remove (temporarily or permanently) the entire website or any part of the website without any prior notice and you accept that Maadesigns.co.uk is not liable to you in case of any changes or removal made in the website.

4) Payment and Refund:
As per the Payment procedure and set standard, a 50% advance will have to be made before initializing the project in order to get the required work started. (Before starting the project if the client decides to stop the project with Maa Designs the 50% advance will be refunded). However, if the first design draft has been sent by Maa Designs to the client then we will not refund the advance payment made by the client. The remaining 50% payment will have to be transferred before the final Art Work is sent, or before making the website live as per the specific work.

5) Links To Third Party Websites
There can be third party website links in Maadesigns.co.uk which will be controlled and maintained by other service providers. You acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for navigating to any other website and are not the endorsers of such websites. You agree that Maadesigns.co.uk is not responsible for the content or availability of ant such sites navigated through our website

6) Copyright
5a) The integral property rights in the website i.e. copyright, branding/logo, content culminating the website design, text, graphics and all the software and programming scripts and codes that is a part of the website are only owned and licensed to Maadesigns.co.uk or otherwise used by MaaDesigns.co.uk as per the permitted law only.

5b) You agree that while accessing the website you will access the content exclusively only for personal use, non-commercial use. It is illegal to download, copy, reproduce, transmit, store, sell or distribute the content without the written authorization of the copyright holder.

8. Severance
In case of any invalid, illegal or unenforceable terms and condition listed for any reasons is considered severance by the court of competent jurisdiction it shall be severed and the remaining Terms and conditions shall be listed and be retained strictly and effect and continue to be stringent and enforceable.
